Love & Laughter

 

 

My mother, Mildred suffered a stroke in 2000. As part of her recovery, it was necessary to significantly reduce the amount of sodium from her diet, so we began experimenting with flavor combinations that satisfied her palate.  After a lifetime of eating and cooking with salt, salt pork, salty bouillon cubes, and any and all salt based products, she found this to be a delightful alternative.  

 

Mildred recovered from her stroke and spent the next 19 years golfing, traveling and eating well.  

 

Use the seasoning generously on meat, chicken, fish, and vegetables.
